Rampen

Rampen lives in Lofoten, though many fishermen would argue that he spends far too much time aboard their boats.

A puffin with an endless appetite and very little respect for ownership, Rampen is always searching for his next meal. He has become remarkably skilled at stealing bait fish from docks, crates, and unattended buckets. Some claim he can spot an unguarded fish from halfway across the harbor. Rampen has never confirmed these rumors, though the fish seem to disappear all the same.

Most mornings begin with a new scheme. Most afternoons involve an attempted heist. Most evenings end with Glemme watching him suspiciously while trying to determine whether the missing fish can somehow be traced back to the puffin currently whistling innocently nearby.

The answer is usually yes.

Despite his mischievous reputation, Rampen possesses a charm that is difficult to resist. He rarely means harm, and his cheerful confidence often wins over even those he has inconvenienced. Before long, he found himself surrounded by friends who saw more than a feathered troublemaker.

Kjenna appreciates his loyalty. Sans admires his fearless spirit. Blinka delights in his endless adventures. Together, they transformed the harbor's most notorious fish thief into something he never expected to become: a beloved companion.

Today, Rampen serves as the unofficial mascot of the Sapphire Council and a permanent member of the crew aboard Stifinner. While he occasionally insists that every fish in Lofoten belongs to him, those who know him best understand the truth.

Beneath the schemes, the stolen bait, and the suspiciously fish-shaped bulges hidden behind his back, Rampen simply wants to belong.

And in the company of his friends, he finally does.
